This position instructs swimming activities, programs and water safety across our water school activities and levels

WORK TASKS + RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide exceptional customer service at all times.

- Provide a child secure environment

- Be professionally presented at all times.

- Teaching/coaching swim techniques , strokes and water safety to students

- Implementation of water schools core skills and development skills during lessons for each require swim level

- Check and mark lesson attendance

- Effective and friendly communication with students , parents and carers

- Setup with correct equipment in designated teaching/coaching areas





- Pack up equipment at end of session in a neat and tidy fashion

- Maintain a working knowledge and understanding of the Facilities Emergency Action Plan

- Comply with facility safety, training, and document control.

- Take reasonable care for your own health and safety, and for the health and safety of others.

- Setting up in a timely manner to start lessons at designated time.

- Maintain industry qualifications, accreditation and professional development courses.
