About the Role:
We’re looking for motivated graduates or individuals ready to start their career in financial markets and fintech. This role is designed as a direct pathway into senior positions such as Business Development Manager, Dealer, or Hybrid Sales/Trading roles.
As a BDR, you’ll be at the front of our sales team - connecting with businesses, generating leads, and setting up meetings. You’ll gain practical exposure to global markets, FX hedging strategies, and the technology that drives FX Markets and B2B FX ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage potential clients via networking, calls, email, LinkedIn and social selling
- Represent Instantia with a strong first impression
- Book qualified meetings for senior sales staff
- Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline momentum
- Build knowledge in FX, options, hedging, and financial markets
- Work directly with mentors and senior team members
- Leverage AI and technology to support outreach and lead generation

About You
- You have a strong interest in financial markets, a degree is a bonus but not necessary (or current study) in Finance, Commerce, Economics or related fields
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient
- Interest in finance, global markets, or technology
- Comfortable adopting recent tools, technology and approaches
