Working closely with the ownership and management team, you'll play a key role in leading day-to-day restaurant operations, mentoring and developing your team, and creating a positive, high-performing workplace. You'll help drive the continued success of one of the world's most recognisable brands while supporting outstanding customer service and operational excellence.

With KFC Mudgee relocating to a brand-new, purpose-built restaurant later this year, this is an exciting chance to join our leadership team ahead of the opening and help shape the restaurant's next chapter. Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and develop team members to deliver outstanding service
- Ensure smooth, efficient day-to-day operations
- Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and operational standards
- Manage inventory and complete reporting tasks
- Support the achievement of sales targets and operational goals
- Contribute to planning and decision-making as part of the management team, particularly through the relocation period

Skills and Experience

- 2-3 Years of relevant work experience
- Previous fast food management or supervisory experience strongly preferred — you know the systems, the standards, and the pace, and you're ready to take that experience further
- A diploma in Business Management
- Reliable and accountable, with a strong work ethic
- Proven ability to lead by example and motivate, support, and develop a team
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle challenges and resolve conflicts effectively
- Clear, confident communicator
- Proactive, adaptable, and positive approach to work

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
