The Role

As our In-Trade Marketing Specialist, you'll bridge the gap between brand strategy and on the ground sales performance. Based on the Sunshine Coast, you'll be responsible for:

- Planning and running marketing campaigns across retail, venues, and events to support sales growth
- Advising management on campaign strategy, brand positioning, and how we reach target audiences
- Oversight and management of production of campaign materials including artwork, copy, and content within time and budget
- Analysing consumer data and market trends to identify opportunities and inform decision making




- Researching demand for new and existing products and backing recommendations with data
- Having input across the wider marketing mix including pricing, promotion, and distribution
- Organising venue launches, brand activations, tastings, and seasonal promotions
- Working with the sales team on activation plans and promotional concepts to grow distribution
- Building our in house digital and social media advertising capability over time

What We're Looking For

- Experience in marketing, brand activation, or trade marketing, ideally within FMCG, beverage, or hospitality
- A strategic thinker who can plan campaigns, not just run them
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- A confident communicator who can work across sales, design, and management
- Full driver's licence and willingness to travel across the region as needed
- Flexibility to work weekends and some evenings based on trade and event activity
- A love for premium beer and a strong connection to the hospitality scene
