In this role, you’ll help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming setting for Defence personnel living and working on base.

As part of the Compass Group, you’ll be joining a supportive team that values safety, respect, and excellence in everything we do.

Your responsibilities will include:

- General cleaning duties across offices, and common areas

- Maintaining cleaning equipment and storage spaces

- Following safety, hygiene and site-specific procedures

- Providing high-quality service with strong attention to detail

- Working effectively within a team to meet daily cleaning schedules

What we’re looking for:

- Previous cleaning, housekeeping or facilities experience (highly regarded)

- A strong focus on safety, teamwork and reliability

- Good communication skills

- Flexibility to work various shifts,



including weekends if required

- Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check and Defence clearance

- Australian Citizenship is mandatory for this position
