Female Support Workers Wanted

Immediate Start | Multiple Positions Available

KB7 CARE is currently seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated NDIS Support Workers to support participants across Melbourne, Victoria.

At KB7 CARE, we are committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred support while building a solid, respectful team culture for our staff.

We have ongoing shifts available and are actively onboarding new team members immediately.

Service Locations

- Southeast Surburbs

Support workers may be based anywhere in Melbourne, with shifts allocated close to your location where possible.

About the Role

As an NDIS Support Worker with KB7 CARE, you will support participants to live independently and achieve their personal goals while delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities

- Assisting with daily living activities
- Personal care and routines
- Community participation and social support
- Transporting participants to appointments and activities
- Encouraging independence and wellbeing
- Following individual care plans and supporting participant goals

Requirements (NDIS Compliance)

To be successful in this role, you will need (or be willing to obtain)

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (clearance or proof of application)




- Working With Children Check (WWCC) (if applicable)
- First Aid & CPR Certificate (current)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
- Supporting Safe and Enjoyable Meals Certificate
- Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) Certificate (within last 12 months)
- National Police Check (if not included in NDIS screening)
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Car registration and insurance (if transporting participants)
- 100 Points of Identification (Driver’s Licence + Passport OR Medicare + additional ID)
- Proof of working rights (Passport or VEVO check if applicable)
- Updated Resume / CV

- Compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude

Compliance Requirement (NDIS Standard)

All required documentation must be provided prior to commencement in line with NDIS Practice Standards and KB7 CARE compliance policies.
