Position: Full-Time Front of House Manager
We're looking for a motivated and experienced Front of House Manager to lead our team and deliver outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead and manage the front of house team
✅ Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
✅ Train, motivate, and support staff
✅ Maintain high standards of service, presentation, and cleanliness
✅ Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
✅ Work closely with the kitchen and management team to ensure smooth daily operations
What We're Looking For:
- Previous hospitality management or supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, organised, and proactive
- Must be available to work weekends
- Full-time availability
