Your new role:
You will provide high-level administrative leadership and coordination within Metro South Addictions and Mental Health Services. Supporting the North Continuing Care Team, you will supervise administration staff, optimise workflows, maintain accurate consumer records, and deliver exceptional customer service to consumers, carers, clinicians and stakeholders. Using your strong organisational, problem-solving and communication skills, you will contribute to continuous improvement and the effective delivery of integrated mental health services.

About you:
You are an experienced administration qualified with strong leadership capability, a commitment to patient-centred service delivery, and the skills to support a dynamic mental health environment through effective coordination, collaboration and continuous improvement. You will have:

Proven experience supervising administrative teams, managing workloads, and supporting staff development
Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and solve problems independently
Strong knowledge and experience using health information systems, databases and Microsoft Office applications
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with consumers, carers, clinicians and stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, improve administrative processes and contribute to quality mental health service delivery
