Boilermakers

At Werner Engineering, we are seeking skilled boilermakers to join our dedicated team of professionals. In this role, you will work on a variety of exciting projects, fabricating and assembling metal structures that play a critical part in our production process. You’ll have the chance to bring raw materials to life, transforming them into something remarkable and seeing your craftsmanship evolve from start to finish.

As a boilermaker, you will be responsible for reading blueprints, performing welding and metal fabrication and ensuring all work meets our high-quality standards. You’ll be part of a supportive team that values collaboration and takes pride in building something bigger together.
