Join the iPadel Team – Social Media & Customer Service

iPadel is growing, and we’re looking for a creative, energetic person who can handle both social media content creation and customer service. If you’re great at editing reels and enjoy helping people, this could be the perfect role for you.

What you’ll do:

- Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
- Shoot and edit reels, highlights, and behind-the-scenes clips
- Design posts that showcase iPadel tournaments, events, and community
- Answer customer enquiries via phone and email
- Assist with bookings, memberships, and general player support
- Help grow our community both online and in person

What we’re looking for:

- Strong video editing and social media skills (Reels/TikTok style is a must)




- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, professional, and reliable personality
- Ability to multi-task across creative content and player support
- Passion for sports, fitness, or lifestyle content is a bonus
