Role Overview
We are looking for reliable, hard-working Event Crew and Drivers to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in delivering and setting up event furniture and equipment for a wide range of events. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and perfect for someone who enjoys physical work, variety, and being part of the action behind major events and exhibitions.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver, load, and unload furniture and event equipment at various event sites
- Assist with bump-ins and bump-outs for events, exhibitions, and activations
- Drive company vehicles (cars, vans, and trucks depending on licence)
- Complete warehouse tasks such as picking, packing, organising stock, and preparing orders
- Ensure safe manual handling at all times




- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude on-site with clients and event partners
- Conduct basic equipment checks and report defects or damage
- Work closely with the operations and logistics team to ensure smooth event delivery
- Follow run sheets, delivery schedules, and timelines
- Ensure vehicles are kept tidy and in good working order

Requirements

- Previous experience in event crew, removals, warehouse, or labouring is highly regarded
- Valid driver’s licence (MR licence is a bonus but not essential)
- Forklift licence is a plus
- Ability to lift heavy items safely and confidently
- Strong work ethic and willingness to get hands-on
- Positive communication skills and a professional attitude
- Flexibility to work early mornings, late finishes, or weekends when required

Pay: $27.61 – $38.00 per hour
