Cleaning Supervisor / Team Leader (Domestic Cleaning)

Pay: Saturday rate $45 per hour (3-hour Saturday shifts)

Clean It Out Cleaning Services is seeking a reliable, detail-focused Casual Cleaning Assistant to join our team and work closely alongside the owner across our clients’ homes throughout the Northern Beaches.

This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys creating beautiful spaces, and is eager to learn professional cleaning techniques and develop their skills on the job.

As the owner, I am looking for someone who can assist me with daily residential cleans from Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday work available. Saturday shifts are paid at $45 per hour for approximately 3 hours.

Every client’s home is unique, and we pride ourselves on providing a highly personalised service. You will need to be someone who can adapt to different homes, understand that different surfaces and materials require different care, and follow our detailed cleaning standards to ensure every home is completed to the highest level.

About the role:

- Assisting the owner with residential cleaning services across the Northern Beaches
- Working in a variety of homes with different layouts, finishes, and materials
- Learning our cleaning methods, attention-to-detail standards, and client preferences
- Completing detailed cleaning tasks while maintaining a high level of care and professionalism
- Communicating respectfully with clients, including greeting clients, providing updates, and asking questions when required




- Working independently when needed while being part of a supportive team environment

About you:

- Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in your work
- Has excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Willing to learn recent skills and improve cleaning techniques
- Comfortable adapting to different homes and client expectations
- Friendly, professional, and confident communicating with clients
- Has good spoken English and strong communication skills
- Holds a valid Australian driver’s licence (a car is not essential, but the ability to drive is required)
- Lives within approximately 15km of the Northern Beaches area

You will work closely with the owner and receive training and guidance to ensure you understand our standards and the level of care we provide to every client.
