About the Role: We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Back of House Crew Member to support our team with stock deliveries and maintaining a clean, organised restaurant environment. This role is essential in keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, check, and correctly store stock deliveries
- Rotate stock and follow food safety procedures (FIFO)
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, storage, and work areas
- Complete scheduled cleaning tasks and deep cleaning as required
- Assist the team with general back-of-house duties when needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Solid attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Ability to lift and move stock safely
- Previous fast food or kitchen experience is a bonus (not essential)
