We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our Goondiwindi team on a permanent part-time basis.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive and professional experience. Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting patients and managing face-to-face and phone bookings, triage, and inquiries.
- Processing payments, issuing receipts, and handling billing and invoicing.
- Efficiently using our booking system.
- Supporting administrative tasks, such as outbound calls, data entry, and reporting.

About You

You thrive in a team environment and have a natural ability to provide compassionate and quality customer service. You also bring:

- A professional phone manner and strong communication skills.
- Radiology administration and/or medical administration experience highly regarded
- The ability to understand urgency,



exercise discretion, and uphold patient confidentiality.
- Excellent computer skills and adaptability to different systems.
- A proactive and team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
- A commitment to following workplace health and safety guidelines.
- Bright and personable attitude to work alongside a multi-disciplinary team
