We are currently seeking a Ticket Sales Assistant to join our team on a casual basis. Located on Marine Parade in Southport, City of Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia, GC Aqua Park is a premier water park that offers an exhilarating experience for visitors of all ages. As a Ticket Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable and enjoyable visit while also contributing to the overall success of our park.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and skilled manner
- Provide information about ticket options, pricing, and park attractions
- Process ticket sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash and credit card payments with integrity and attention to detail
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized sales area





Requirements:

- Bronze Medallion, CPR, First Aid & Blue Card MANDATORY

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset

Weekends, Public Holidays & School Holidays are required. We have a blackout period during Summer Holidays (December & January) where under no circumstances will leave or unavailability requests will be considered.
