As a Registered Nurse, you'll play an significant role in supporting the health and wellbeing of patients across your local community. Delivering evidence-based nursing care that supports positive patient outcomes across acute and aged care services.
Partnering with patients, families and healthcare professionals to plan, coordinate and evaluate care that meets individual needs.
Using sound clinical judgement to manage changing priorities, promote safety and support quality improvement initiatives.
Providing guidance and encouragement to colleagues while helping foster a positive and collaborative team culture.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
Demonstrated clinical experience and contemporary knowledge relevant to acute and/or aged care practice.
Strong communication, teamwork and relationship-building skills that support high-quality patient care.
Commitment to professional growth, safe practice and delivering person-centred outcomes.

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have rural nursing experience, additional clinical qualifications, or expertise in aged care practice.
