Are you a skilled air-conditioning and refrigeration technician looking for a new challenge? West Coast HVAC, a leading provider of HVAC solutions in Western Australia, is seeking a full-time Air-conditioning and Refrigeration Tradesman to join their team in Wangara, WA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in installing, servicing and maintaining commercial HVAC systems, ensuring our clients receive reliable and efficient comfort solutions.

What you'll be doing

· Perform installation of VRF, single split and large air-conditioning, refrigeration, and ventilation systems

· Plan and execute installations from construction drawings

· Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment to identify and resolve issues

· Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on client systems

· Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients

· Comply with all safety regulations and company policies

· Maintain accurate records and documentation of all work performed

· Collaborate with the wider team to ensure efficient and timely service delivery

What we're looking for

· Formal qualification in air-conditioning and refrigeration, such as a Certificate III in Air-conditioning and Refrigeration

· Minimum 3 years' experience as an air-conditioning and refrigeration technician in a commercial or industrial setting

· Strong technical skills and expertise in the installation of HVAC systems including VRF, ducted and large commercial systems.

· Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams





· Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

· Exceptional customer service orientation and communication skills

· Commitment to safety and a strong focus on quality workmanship

· A valid driver's license.
