About the role
Our brand-current state-of-the-art distribution facility is equipped with materials handling equipment (MHE), allowing automated loading and picking to take place more efficiently and effectively. The new facility embodies the future of logistics with its epic size and design. As our organisation continues to grow, we are actively seeking an experienced delivery person with an MR/HR license to join our Chevallum, Sunshine Coast team.
This is a full time position working Mon – Fri 6.30am-2.30pm.
Your day-to-day routine will look something like this:
- Multi-drop delivery to customer sites around Sunshine Coast
- Loading trucks with brand new automated equipment
- Pick and pack orders with brand new equipment
- Ensure all deliveries are completed in an effective & efficient manner.
- Ensure all invoices are signed and complete all paperwork as per the company's policy
- Practice safe and correct manual handling at all times.
About you
- Must hold a valid Medium Rigid truck license or higher
- Prior experience in the food service industry is highly regarded.
- Display a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understand all aspects of OH&S; compliance and manual handling.
- Hold a LF forklift licence (advantageous).
