Schedule: 2–3 days per week, flexible days between Monday and Thursday, 8:30am–5:30pm
About the Role
This is a wonderful opportunity for a qualified Nurse-Nanny to join a loving family and provide dedicated care for their 2-year-old child. Both parents are working professionals seeking an experienced, nurturing and highly capable caregiver who can provide exceptional care, support the child's development, and offer the reassurance that comes with a nursing background.
The family is looking for a long-term professional who can become a valued part of their support network and work collaboratively with them to promote their child's wellbeing, development, and daily routines.
Responsibilities
Providing attentive and engaging care for a 2-year-old child
Planning and facilitating age-appropriate play, learning, and developmental activities
Supervising meals and snacks (pre-prepared by the family)
Supporting and maintaining established routines
Accompanying the child to activities such as toddler story time and community outings
Maintaining a clean and organised environment relating to the child
Monitoring and supporting the child's health, wellbeing, and development
Essential Requirements
Nursing qualification (Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse)
Experience caring for young children, either professionally or personally
Current First Aid, CPR and Working with Children Check
Full driver's licence and reliable vehicle preferred
