Minimum 2-hour shifts

A flexible lifestyle with shift times available 24/7.

About the Role:

Provide assistance to each participant as per their care plans.

Provide assistance to participants in accessing activities and community events.

Provide Person-Centered Active Support.

Provide transport in your own vehicle.

Perform household and cleaning duties.

Assisting participants in meal preparation following safety guidelines.

Assisting participants in medication administration.





Complete case notes after each shift with participants.

Assist participants in reaching their goals using initiative and creativity.

Participate in performance development meetings.

Report any quality and safety incident and complete incident report as required.

Considerations:

Honest, reliable, and trustworthy.

Outgoing, engaging, enthusiastic and caring personality.

Have experience in engaging, building, and maintaining relationships with participants and their families.

Exceptional communication skills.

Bring a positive attitude and proactive in your practice.

Have a reliable vehicle, driver’s license, and comprehensive insurance.

Flexibility on work across the weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Must Haves:

Team player

Certificate III in Disability Support (or equivalent)

NDIS Worker Screen

Working with Children Check

Current First Aid and CPR Certificate

Proof of Covid 19 Vaccination

Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module

Manual Handling Certification

Assist with Medications

Police Check

Right to Work in Australia
