The Opportunity

As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll play a critical role in driving store performance and delivering outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Drive sales and achieve KPI’s set by Head Office
- Carrying out retail policy and procedure
- Provide exceptional customer service levels….always!




- Ensure VM standards are met and in line with company guidelines
- Support the Store Manager in leading and motivating the team
- Understand and communicate the features and benefits of highly technical product

About You

- You have retail experience, passionate about sales and meeting KPI's
- Understanding of instore retail operations
- Confident in carrying out operational activities including rostering, inventory management, VM, reporting and staff training
- Understanding of the importance of ‘brand’. Confident in being a solid brand advocate for staff and customers alike
- A passion for water sports, snow or the general outdoors will help!

Pay: $55,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
