About the Role:
Join us as a Disability Support Worker in our welcoming group home located in Pennant Hills. You will provide compassionate, person-centered support across a variety of shifts including mornings, afternoons, and evening shifts. Our 24/7 operation ensures our clients receive consistent, quality care in a safe and supportive workplace.
What You’ll Do:
- Support clients to live fulfilling lives by assisting with daily tasks, community involvement, and skill development
- Encourage and empower clients to make their own decisions and pursue their personal goals
- Work collaboratively with a dedicated team to provide high-quality care and support
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and positive home environment
Requirements
- Available for a minimum of 4 weekdays, 20-30 hours, over a variety of shifts
- Previous experience working in the disability sector required.
- A current NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum)
- Experience with clients that have strong behaviours of concern
