Transport Allocator / Dispatcher

Allocate transport jobs, plan routes, and coordinate pickups, linehaul, and deliveries across the Melbourne network.
Duties:
- Allocate transport jobs to drivers and subcontractors
- Plan and optimise daily routes (LTL / FTL)
- Monitor deliveries and manage delays/issues
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and warehouse
- Update and manage jobs in TMS (iDrv / Carton Cloud)
- Track PODs and job completion status
- Coordinate pickups, linehaul, and deliveries
Experience Required:
- 2+ years in transport dispatch / logistics coordination
- Experience with route planning and scheduling
- Familiar with TMS/WMS systems
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environment
