About Us:

Pilbara Toyota is a family-run business that started as a small dealership in Karratha over 23 years ago. Since then, we have expanded to 7 locations across the Pilbara region, proudly selling top automotive brands such as Toyota, Nissan, and Isuzu Ute. With a dedicated team of over 200 local employees, we continue to serve our community and lead the market in automotive sales and services.

Supporting our dealerships is our Perth Motor Bodies operation, which includes a pre-delivery workshop, fabrication workshop, paint shop, and corporate office, all working together to provide high-quality vehicle fit-outs and services.

What We Offer:

Parts Interpreter – Key Responsibilities:

- Identify Automotive Parts and Components: Provide accurate information about parts to customers and the service team.
- Consult Catalogues: Use various resources to find the right parts for customer needs.
- Customer Advisory: Offer expert advice to customers on part selections and availability.
- Order Management: Receive and file orders, prepare invoices,



and manage the dispatch of parts.
- Stock Control: Oversee storage, stock control procedures, and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Parts Delivery & Pickup: Organize the timely dispatch and delivery of parts and accessories as required.

Required Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar Parts Interpreter role
- Familiarity with Tune/Revolution dealer management software is a plus
- Previous dealership experience is highly advantageous
- Strong knowledge of the automotive industry, including parts and components
- Current C Class driver’s license required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with customers and the team
