Freshwater Christian College is seeking Certificate III-qualified (or equivalent) Educators to join our team and be part of our community on a casual basis in our Before School Care, After School Care, and Vacation Care.

Selection Criteria

Successful candidates will be fully aligned with the values, virtues, and Christian beliefs of Freshwater Christian College and seek a role where they can utilise their talents and skills to make a positive difference in the lives of our students and the College community.

They will also:

- possess a positive notice (Working with Children Check) Queensland Blue Card;
- hold a Certificate III of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent;
- be able to sign and abide by the College’s Statement of Faith;
- be able to abide by the Code of Conduct at all times;
- have the ability to work with all members of the College community;
- be fully aligned with the values, virtues, and Christian beliefs of Freshwater Christian College; and
- be legally permitted to work in Australia.
