Brew and Bite Maitland is a growing café focused on delivering high-quality food, excellent coffee, and outstanding customer service. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced team member who is looking for a long-term role and can grow with our business.

Key Responsibilities

- Providing excellent customer service and creating a positive dining experience
- Taking and managing customer orders efficiently
- Preparing coffee, beverages, and assisting with food preparation
- Supporting kitchen operations as required
- Handling payments and operating POS systems
- Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
- Assisting with stock management and daily operations
- Working collaboratively with the team in a fast-paced environment

Skills and Experience Required

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a café, restaurant,



or hospitality workplace (MANDATORY)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
- Ability to handle pressure during busy periods
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
- Barista experience will be highly regarded

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,850.28 – $80,000.00 per year
