About the Role

Being Human Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated Social Support Workers to join our team in Toowoomba. If you are passionate about supporting people to live independently and improve their quality of life, we would love to hear from you.

Essential Requirements:

Current Blue Card
Current Yellow Card (NDIS Worker Screening Clearance)
Relevant qualification in Community Services, Disability, Individual Support, Social Work, or a related field
Current First Aid and CPR certificates
Current Australian Driver Licence
Reliable, insured motor vehicle
Previous experience as a Social Worker or Support Worker
