Right now, we aren't just looking for someone who holds a ticket; we are looking for reliable, driven people who actually want to work, take pride in what they do, and respect the team. attitude and work ethic reliability is more important to us then experience, some half pump with ten years who rocks up and leaves when he feels is worse then someone with no knowledge but on time everyday!

The Role

You will be responsible for the safe erection, alteration, and dismantling of scaffolding systems across our Brisbane job sites.

Key Responsibilities:

- Erecting and dismantling scaffolding safely and efficiently.
- Loading and unloading vehicles and keeping gear organized.
- Adhering strictly to site safety plans, SWMS, and OHS regulations.
- Showing up on time, every day, ready to get stuck in.
