About the role

We are seeking an experienced Chef to join our team at the Rocky Sports Club in Rockhampton, QLD. As our Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality, creative meals that delight our members and guests. This is a full-time position, and you will be working in our kitchen department.

What we are looking for

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef in a high-volume, rapid-paced hospitality environment or relevant diploma
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and presentation
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Passion for creating delicious, visually appealing meals
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification
