We are hiring for multiple roles, Experienced Baristas, Head Barista & a Supervisor.
We're looking for a passionate and experienced Barista to join our growing team and help deliver exceptional coffee across our stores.
This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment (100kg+ of coffee per week), so we're looking for someone who thrives under pressure, loves being behind the machine, and genuinely cares about coffee quality.
What you'll be doing:
- Pouring consistently exceptional coffee.
- Dialling in and maintaining coffee quality throughout the day.
- Working efficiently during busy service while maintaining high standards.
- Keeping your section clean, organised and well-stocked.
- Delivering outstanding customer service.
- Contributing ideas for new seasonal and promotional drinks across our stores.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has strong barista experience in a busy café.
- Is fast, clean and consistent.
- Has excellent milk texturing and latte art skills.
- Takes pride in every cup served.
- Enjoys working in a supportive, team-focused environment.
- Wants to grow with an expanding Brisbane coffee company.
Café Supervisor
We're also looking for an experienced Supervisor to lead shifts, support the team and help ensure our cafés operate smoothly every day.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be leading from the front, supporting both the floor and coffee service,
and creating a positive experience for both customers and your team.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading and inspiring the team during busy services.
- Managing workflow to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
- Supporting baristas and floor staff throughout each shift.
- Maintaining high standards of customer service, cleanliness and presentation.
- Assisting with staff training and development.
- Helping drive a positive team culture and contributing ideas to improve our cafés.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous café or hospitality leadership experience.
- Is confident leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicates well and leads by example.
- Stays calm under pressure and enjoys solving problems.
- Has strong coffee knowledge (barista experience is highly regarded).
- Wants to be part of a growing Brisbane coffee company.
