About the Role:
As our Team Leader, you will oversee daily weekend operations, support staff during busy service periods, and ensure every customer receives a positive experience. You will lead by example and help maintain smooth, efficient service.

- Lead and supervise the team during weekend shifts
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Support staff and delegate tasks effectively
- Ensure smooth service during busy periods
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards
- Handle customer enquiries professionally
- Assist with opening and closing procedures

What We’re Looking For:





- Previous hospitality supervisor or leadership experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Barista experience/knowledge
- Reliable with strong weekend availability
- Positive attitude and hands-on approach
- Passion for customer service and team success
