About the Role
- Permanent full-time position
- Work in a supportive team environment
- Evening shifts only - 4pm-12.30am
As a Pastry Cook - evening shift you will:
- Ensure products are consistently prepared to recipe and to the highest quality standard
- Schedule, plan and complete daily preparation and production
- Assist with product development
- Control, record and minimise waste
- Maintain the cleanliness of equipment and utensils to ensure health and safety regulations are met
About You:
- Relevant qualifications in commercial cookery, pastry, baking or equivalent
- Excellent dough break and piping skills
- Good pallet knife skills is an advantage
- Excellent technical knowledge of pastry cooking techniques
- Ability to maintain high and consistent standards
- Eye for detail and presentation
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
- Physically fit
- Have reliable transport with a valid driver’s licence
- Be able to work in Australia without restrictions.
