About the Role:

We require a full-time experienced senior gardener for our garden maintenance department. You will require strong horticultural knowledge and all-round garden/landscape skills to be successful in this position. As the successful applicant, you will take a leading role in our team, working in some of Melbourne’s best gardens, performing complete garden care and customer service for our clients.

Skills & Experience:

- MUST reside and hold full Australian work rights
- Minimum 3 years of high-end garden maintenance experience
- Minimum of Certificate III in Horticulture or higher
- Strong and detailed horticultural knowledge
- A positive attitude and enthusiasm
- Good work ethic – punctual, reliable and honest
- A friendly, outgoing manner, with sound communication skills
- An eye for detail and proven customer service skills
- Ability to problem solve




- Experience with irrigation systems and soft-landscaping is considered advantageous
