KSEC Australia is a Melbourne-based security company delivering professional security services across Victoria, Queensland and New South Wales. With over 14 years of industry experience, we provide tailored security solutions across construction, commercial, education, government, events, gatehouse security, mobile patrols and asset protection.

As we continue to expand, we're looking for an experienced Marketing & Business Development Manager to help grow our client portfolio.

About the Role

This is not an entry-level business development position.

We're looking for someone who already has an established industry network and can introduce KSEC Australia to new clients from day one.

The successful candidate will use their existing relationships and business connections to generate opportunities and support the continued growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through your existing network.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.




- Introduce KSEC Australia to decision-makers across target industries.
- Attend networking events and client meetings.
- Identify recent market opportunities.
- Work closely with management to develop business growth strategies.
- Maintain a pipeline of leads and provide regular updates.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales or Client Relationship Management.
- An established network within one or more of the following sectors:
- Construction
- Commercial Property
- Education
- Facilities Management
- Government
- Events
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to generate business opportunities independently.
- A current Australian driver's licence (preferred).
