Vauxhall Inn is looking for an experienced, customer-focused Gaming & Bar Attendant to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy hotel environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service. We are seeking a reliable and professional team member who is confident working across both our gaming room and bar.
About the Role
As a Gaming & Bar Attendant, you will play an key role in creating a welcoming, safe, and enjoyable experience for our guests. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding service while ensuring compliance with all Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all patrons.
- Build rapport with regular customers while providing a welcoming experience for new guests.
- Monitor and service the gaming room, ensuring guests receive prompt and attentive service.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Operate TAB, Keno and gaming-related services (where applicable).
- Process cash, EFTPOS and POS transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the gaming room, bar and surrounding areas.
- Complete opening, closing and shift procedures.
- Ensure responsible gambling practices are followed at all times.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a high standard of venue presentation and customer experience.
About You

- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- No experience needed. Training will be provided.
Essential Requirements
- Current NSW RSA Competency Card.
- Current NSW RCG Competency Card.
