EL- JASBELLA Group HR Pty Ltd trading as Eden Field Edenfield Family Care – Ramsay in Port Augusta is looking for Full Time – Part Time/Casual Aged Care Workers / Personal Care Workers.

Salary Range: $69,000 - $80,000 per annum + Superannuation

Location: Parafield Gardens, Yankalilla, Goolwa & Port Augusta facilities

Employment – Full time 37.5 hours or Part time/Casual roles

In this role, you will be assisting with the provision of physical care and emotional support to residents within the residential care facility, under defined Care Plans based on the residents’ specific needs, with a view to improving their quality of life.

The successful applicant we wish to join our team must have the following attributes:

- Certificate III in Aged Care and 1 year or more experience
- Current Senior First Aid Certificate
- Person-centred care approach
- Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Versatile to undertake a variety of tasks and respond to changing priorities
- Appreciation and acceptance of diverse cultures and lifestyles
- Sound problem-solving and decision-making skills

You would be provided ongoing support and training to achieve best in Aged care industry.
