Novella Support is a growing specialist disability support provider focused on complex behaviours and high-support needs. We deliver structured, trauma-informed, person-centred support and are building a secure, long-term workforce of skilled professionals.

The Role

We are recruiting Casual Disability Support Workers who can commit to at least 32 hours per week across a rotating 24/7 roster. This role suits people who are confident, reliable, and capable of working in complex support environments.

You will support participants with:

- Complex behaviours
- Autism and intellectual disability
- Psychosocial disability
- Emotional regulation and trauma-related needs

Key Duties

- Implement Behaviour Support Plans
- Provide trauma-informed, person-centred care
- Support emotional regulation and de-escalation
- Maintain safety and professional boundaries
- Accurate documentation and reporting
- Daily living and community access support





Essential Requirements

- Minimum 32 hours/week availability
- Cert III/IV in Disability, Individual Support, Mental Health (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in complex support environments preferred
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- Driver’s licence & reliable transport
- Strong communication and professionalism
