- Proven experience as a Scrum Master and Project Lead/Manager in a complex enterprise

- workplace. Experience in Mining companies with AHS projects is preferred

- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional Project Management

- methodologies.

- Strong proficiency in agile tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MIRO, Azure DevOps) and project

- management software (e.g., MS Project).

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information

- clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP, PMP, or PRINCE2) are highly

- desirable.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, S/W Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum 8-10+ years of experience in project management and Agile delivery roles. Certifications such

- as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMP, or PRINCE2 are preferred.
