Beachfront Company Pty Ltd has several vacancies for qualified Chefs for its prominent restaurant on Hastings St, Noosa Heads Qld. This busy restaurant is open 7 days a week from early till late.
This full time position offers an attractive salary plus super ($79000 to $85000).
Applicants will possess the following skills & experience:
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Experience working in fast paced kitchen
- Positive all round kitchen skills
- Proven ability to run kitchen in absence of Head Chef
- Work with Head Chef to plan regular menus, specials, function & event menus
- Experience in cost control and stock management
- Ability to adhere to all food safety standards and requirements
- Experience supervising, mentoring and training other staff
- Must have good team spirit and work ethic
- Professional, hard working and enthusiastic
