Female Disability Support Worker – Southern River, WA

$36.00–$43.00 per hour | Casual

Beholdcare Services is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Female Disability Support Worker to join our growing team in Southern River, WA.

This role involves supporting an NDIS participant with a history of domestic violence. We are ideally seeking a mature female support worker (approximately in her 30s–40s) who can provide empathetic, trauma-informed, and person-centred support.

About the Role

You will support the participant to live independently while promoting choice, dignity, and community participation.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality, person-centred support
- Assist with personal care and daily living activities
- Support community access and social participation
- Build positive, respectful, and professional relationships




- Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation

Essential Requirements

- Minimum 6 months' experience as a Disability Support Worker
- Experience supporting clients affected by domestic violence (essential)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- National Police Clearance
- Full Australian working rights (students are welcome to apply)
- Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle (preferred)
- Current First Aid & CPR (preferred)
