Comfort Care Connect is looking for caring and reliable Support Workers to join our team across Melbourne. In this role, you'll help clients in their own homes and community with daily living, personal care, companionship, and community access, supporting them to live safely and independently.

Key responsibilities:

- Assisting clients with personal care, including showering, dressing, and grooming

- Helping with domestic tasks such as meal preparation, light cleaning, and laundry

- Providing companionship and social support during outings and community activities

- Supporting mobility and transfers, and assisting with medication reminders

- Accompanying clients to appointments and errands, including driving where required

- Recording accurate progress notes and communicating with the care team

What we're looking for:

- Experience in aged care, disability support, or community services (preferred but not essential)

- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or Ageing Support (highly regarded)





- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain

- Current Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle

- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

- A genuine passion for helping others, patience, and excellent communication skills

- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends
