Current opportunities

We're recruiting Casual and Permanent Part-Time Workers, with a strong focus on candidates who are available to work sleepover shifts as part of their regular roster. Sleepover shifts are a vital part of our service, providing young people with consistent, reassuring support overnight and helping create a safe, stable home environment.
We're looking for people who can commit to regular sleepover availability while also supporting young people during Weekdays and Weekends.

What you'll be doing

- Provide safe, therapeutic and person-centred support that responds to each young person's individual strengths, goals and support needs, including young people with NDIS funding and those who have experienced trauma.
- Build genuine, trusting relationships that help young people develop confidence, resilience, life skills and greater independence.
- Support young people to participate in everyday activities, including education, employment, appointments, recreation, community participation and family time, in line with their individual care plans and personal goals.
- Encourage young people to have choice, voice and active involvement in decisions that affect their lives wherever possible.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and partner services to deliver consistent, strengths-based support that promotes positive outcomes for young people.




- Maintain accurate, meaningful records that contribute to continuity of care, informed decision-making and high-quality support.

What You’ll Need

- Current driver’s licence (minimum P2)
- Working with Children Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Is willing to obtain or currently hold First Aid and CPR certifications
- Flexible Availability with a minimum of one sleepover shift a week preferred.
- Completed or willingness to enrol in a Certificate IV or Diploma in Community Services, Youth Work, Social Work or related field
