Location: Western Sydney NSW

YOU ROLE:
Support Project Managers in the delivery of new customer implementations, existing customer variations, site transitions and business transformation projects across CEVA’s Pacific operations.

Maintain project documentation, registers and reporting packs,



including scope records, meeting minutes, actions, decisions, risks, issues and status updates.

Develop and maintain project plans in CEVA’s project management tools, tracking key milestones, dependencies, workstream actions and delivery timelines.

Coordinate project governance activities, including meeting schedules, stakeholder updates, RACI documentation, milestone reviews and escalation preparation.

Maintain project budget trackers, purchase order records and CAPEX documentation, ensuring costs are recorded against approved scope and budget assumptions.

Coordinate with internal workstream leads across Operations, IT, Finance, HR, QHSE, Procurement, Property, Legal and Commercial to support timely completion of assigned actions.

Support customer implementation and go-live readiness activities, including onboarding tasks, process documentation, systems readiness, workforce preparation, equipment coordination and operational handover.

Assist with supplier and service provider coordination, including tracking delivery of equipment, infrastructure, systems, services and other project requirements.

Support the development,



review and handover of project documentation, including PDDs, SOPs, work instructions, readiness checklists and post-implementation review materials.

Complete required CEVA ZDS, CPM and project management tool training and apply relevant methodology, governance and documentation standards in daily work.
