Dental Receptionist
Location: Five Dock, NSW
Days Required: 3-5 days per week
Start: Immediate

We’re seeking a reliable and experienced Dental Receptionist or Front Desk Coordinator to join our friendly dental team in Five Dock.

Key responsibilities:

- Greet and assist patients in a skilled, caring manner at the reception
- Manage appointments and maintain accurate records
- Educate patients on treatments and procedures
- Handle billing and insurance claims
- Support front office operations and treatment coordination

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year experience in dental reception/front desk
- D4W (Dentistry for Windows) experience is essential
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Team player with a long-term mindset
- Saturday availability a plus, but not required




- Growth potential and career progression to treatment co ordinator/manegerial role
