Are you a beauty lover who knows how to take a product, spin it into a story, and build a campaign that gets attention? We are on the hunt for a creative and organised Digital Marketing Coordinator to help plan and drive campaigns across all our channels — from social and influencers to emails, launches, and beyond.

This is a perfect role for someone who gets excited by campaign ideas, loves keeping track of moving pieces, and wants to be part of a fast-paced, fun, and high-performing brand.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning digital campaigns across social, email, influencer, and paid media channels
- Work with the content team to develop concepts for product launches, promotions, and seasonal moments
- Brief designers, videographers, and creators on campaign needs, including messaging, moodboards, and deliverables
- Coordinate the campaign calendar — make sure all marketing activity is aligned and runs on schedule
- Support the rollout of influencer seeding, collaborations, and paid creator partnerships
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure product, operations, and marketing are aligned for key initiatives
- Research market trends, competitor campaigns, and platform updates to bring fresh ideas to the team
- Track campaign timelines and assist in preparing reports or post-campaign summaries
- Own internal organisation of marketing assets, briefs, and campaign documentation

The Person We’re After





- 2–3 years’ experience in a digital marketing or eCommerce marketing role (required)
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Working knowledge of Klaviyo or a similar email platform
- Familiar with Shopify or similar CMS/eComm platform
- Strong reporting skills using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, etc.
- Bonus points for experience with TikTok Ads or influencer/content creator campaigns
- Experience with photoshoots/videoshoots
- A great communicator who loves working cross-functionally with content and creative teams
- You’re results-driven, solutions-focused, and a total self-starter
- Massive bonus if you have experience in the hair industry!
