Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors,
and patrons
- Monitor and maintain a safe and secure environment
- Conduct regular patrols and site inspections
- Respond to incidents and emergencies professionally
- Prepare accurate incident and activity reports
- Assist clients and visitors with enquiries and directions
- Work collaboratively with team members and management
Who We Are Looking For
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to support the team and step into various roles when required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated report writing skills
- Physically fit and capable of standing and walking for extended periods
- Valid QLD Security Licence
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
