The opportunity

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Client Relationship Manager to join our Distribution team. As a Client Relationship Manager you will be responsible for developing, building and maintaining relationships with customers, new prospects and intermediaries to expand our business nationally. You will need to have a strong focus on relationship management and sales, whilst meeting all compliance and regulatory standards.

Your new role

You will work as part of a National team and be responsible for the account management of a portfolio of customers. You will also;

- Develop engagement plans, proactively developing key relationships and analyse current trends and growth opportunities within the portfolio

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal and external stakeholders
- Be the voice of the customer in our business,



with the ability to work across different business units to bring the best of QBE to the customers program.

About you

We are looking for candidates with extensive workers compensation experience and/or general insurance from either a Broker, Account Management, sales or Underwriting background. You will also have:

- Knowledge and understanding of workers compensation and/or general insurance
- Outstanding customer service and relationship building skills
- Robust communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent analytical skills and a high attention to detail
- Self motivator & ability to work autonomously
