About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join our Dandenong-based Site. In this hands‑on role, you’ll keep our fast‑paced FMCG operation running smoothly by ensuring equipment is safe, reliable, and performing at its best. You’ll play a key part in preventative maintenance, fast breakdown response, and ongoing site improvements.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Carrying out preventative and routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment
- Diagnosing faults and performing breakdown repairs quickly and effectively
- Supporting installation of recent machinery and upgrades
- Maintaining packing and palletising equipment
- Managing spare parts and maintenance records
- Working closely with production to keep lines running efficiently
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensuring all work meets WHS and Australian safety standards
