My Butler Service is the largest residential pick-up and delivery service for dry cleaning, laundry, ironing and more in Australia.

Our continued growth means that we are seeking additional motivated and energetic team members to work at and from our plant in Thornleigh NSW, (between Pennant Hills & Hornsby)

Job Description:

Laundry all-rounder to work in different areas of our bright & airy plant as needed. These duties include:

- Receive and check in dry cleaning and laundry orders.
- Loading Washers and Dryers.
- Neat and tidy folding and packaging of domestic everyday household wash & fold laundry orders - no hospital/hotel/commercial orders, only household.
- Shirt Machine Operating - Steam finishing of collared shirts using our range of modern automatic and manual equipment in our brand recent, clean, bright and airy plant
- Assemble dry cleaning and laundry orders ready for delivery
- Load conveyer with hanging garments & unload orders
- Quality control check + inspection




- Perform occasional additional duties

Requirements:

- Ability to work on your feet in a fast paced working environment for a full 5 or 8 hour shift.
- Reliability and trustworthiness.
- Good attention to detail.
- Accuracy, reliability & trustworthiness
- Your own transport to and from work.
- Able to do moderate heavy lifting including repeated lifting of packages weighing between 3kg to 15kg (average 5 kg).
- No experience necessary as training will be provided

Timing:

- Monday to Friday - 9.00am till finish (approx. 5.00pm) 5 days required
- OR
- Monday to Friday - 7.00am till finish (approx. 3.00pm) 5 days required
- Finish time will vary with the workload
- Approx. 30-40 hrs/week

Further Details:

- $26.66 per hour
- $5.00 per hour Performance/Attendance Bonus*
- Start ASAP.
- Based at our plant in Thornleigh, NSW
