· Serving of food and beverages with care and attention to detail

· Serving meals to residents and patients in a timely and professional manner to brighten their day

· Providing courteous and helpful service to residents and staff, addressing any concerns or requests related to meals and dining experiences.

· Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in food preparation and dining areas to ensure a pleasant dining experience

· Following all food safety and sanitation regulations to protect the health and safety of our residents

· Handling and storing food safely, following proper food handling procedures and adhering to hygiene practices to prevent contamination.

· Working collaboratively with kitchen and dietary staff to coordinate meal service times, accommodate special dietary needs,



and ensure efficient kitchen operations

· Contribute to maintaining a healthy and hygienic workplace by assisting with cleaning tasks such as doing the dishes, wiping benches and equipment and mopping floors

· Complying with dietary requirements or restrictions where applicable (e.g., allergies, religious diets) to be inclusive of all needs

· Reporting any maintenance or food safety issues to supervisors promptly to ensure they are addressed

· Supporting kitchen staff in maintaining a smooth workflow and upbeat setting

Pay: $28.00 – $31.00 per hour
